A message to celebrate a new association

In celebration of the inauguration for “The Korean-American Women's Association of the USA ,” I wish I could offer you my personal appreciation of your recent accomplishments.

It is my pleasure to hear that you will begin to provide services that will play an important role in promoting friendship and enhancing mutual understanding for Korean women living in the US . As far as I can recall, quite a few Korean-American Women's Associations have been working hard and providing various levels of community services in accordance with the regional differences, contributing to help the senior, the poor and the neglected as well.

I hope the advent of the association, with no doubt, will help you address the long standing problems presented to Korean woman in the US and lead the association to success. Given how marvelous the job was done, I have full confidence you will achieve a remarkable degree of progress in both quantity and quality. The future of the association is very bright.

Once again, I hope you to have a worldwide association for the minority groups of Korean immigrated women in the world and eventually, transformed it into the nationwide representative for the Korean in the world.
